Completing an instrument

Pages of items with Previous, Next and Save and exit; structured grids; agent pre-fill you confirm, correct or reject.

Item types. Likert 1 to 5 with behaviourally anchored descriptors; numeric with units; choice; structured grids (SWOT with TOWS, risk register, Business Model Canvas, OCAI, competitors, Five Forces, Belbin roles, financial statement lines); attachments; and unscored context items.

Saving. Every page has Previous, Next and Save and exit; Next saves as it moves. A page cannot be submitted with validation errors and the instrument cannot be submitted with any scored item unanswered. Once submitted, responses are locked and the engine runs.

Pre-filled from an external source. Where a module agent found a value (for example your registered date from the ABR, or a certification on the JAS-ANZ register) it is shown above the item with the source, retrieval date and confidence. Choose Confirm, Correct (enter your own value) or Reject. Only a value you confirm is scored; everything else stays as labelled, unconfirmed context.

Attachments. PDF, CSV, XLSX or images up to 25 MB; files are scanned where a scanner is configured. For M06, a CSV export from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks is extracted into chart-of-accounts lines with row and column provenance for you to confirm; PDF statements go through document extraction with page provenance where configured; unmapped lines are listed for manual entry, never defaulted to zero.

Individual instruments. You see your own report first and sharing with your employer needs your separate consent.
