• Frameworks: Churchill & Lewis (1983) five stages; Flamholtz Growing Pains Survey (10-item); Greiner (1972/1998) growth crises.
• Who completes it: Company Administrator and one Manager. Cadence: six-monthly. Estimated time: about 35 minutes.
• Mandatory. It sets the stage every other module is scored against.
• Feeds: the Growth Readiness Assessment widget, Growth Readiness and the Transition Matrix.
• Agent sources: see "Module agents and evidence"; anything the agent proposes is confirmed by you before it counts.
