• Who completes it: All invited staff individually. Cadence: annual. Estimated time: about 25 minutes.
• Individual instrument. Completed by each invited person under their own login; sharing with your employer needs your consent.

• Agent sources: see "Module agents and evidence"; anything the agent proposes is confirmed by you before it counts.
