Programs, instrument and analysis versions

Edit a program instance (new configuration version), publish instrument and analysis versions, trigger re-analysis.

Program instances. Intake dates, cohort capacity, merit threshold, module ceilings per tier, eligibility and merit criteria with weights (must total 100%). Saving publishes a new configuration version; applications keep the version they were assessed under and the guidelines page reflects the new one.

Instrument versions. Paste items as JSON; validation enforces the design standards (every scored item maps to a capability and pyramid level; likert items carry five anchors; free text is never scored). The previous version is retired, never edited; existing responses keep their version. Use this to load published instruments (IPIP-NEO-60, OCAI) in their licensed wording.

Analysis versions. Band table, weights and formulas. Ticking re-analyse creates a second engine run on the same responses for every eligible company, leaving the original scores unchanged and labelling the version boundary on trends.
