Queues, SLAs, claiming and conflicts

Every queue item shows age and SLA; claim it for two hours; declared conflicts remove companies from your queues.

SLA targets. Eligibility 5 business days, merit decision 10, recommendation release 5 from the engine run. Items colour amber a day before breach and red after.

Claiming. Claim locks an item to you for two hours so two people do not work the same item; the Delegate can reassign any claim.

Conflicts. Declare a conflict from a company record or the queue with a reason. The company disappears from your queues, portfolio and record views; its items route to the Delegate (or the Administrator if the Delegate is conflicted) with a badge. Only the declarer, the Delegate or the Administrator can end a conflict, with a reason. Active conflicts are counted in the compliance section.

Your queues list what your role acts on; other queues are shown read-only.
