Audit log and chain verification

Every event with its actor and hashes; verification re-hashes the chain and is itself audited; export CSV.

Every mutation in Growth Navigator writes a gn_event with an event hash and a chain hash anchored to a genesis seed. The nightly job and the Run verification button re-hash the whole chain; a break pages the Teams webhook and the result is recorded as an event.

• Filter by action; export the full log as CSV (Administrator).
• A Commercialisation Manager sees their own actions only.
