Program guidelines

Each program's guidelines are rendered from the same configuration the assessment uses.

The guidelines page for a program is generated from its configuration record: eligibility criteria, merit criteria and weights, intake dates, cohort capacity, module ceiling and timing. Because the published criteria and the applied criteria are one record, they cannot diverge.

  • Configuration version is shown at the top. Applications record the version they were assessed under, so a later change never alters an existing assessment.
  • Print / save as PDF uses your browser's print function on the print view.
  • Eligibility is assessed first; ineligible applications are not merit-assessed.

  • Merit stage and AI assessment Respond to each weighted criterion with specific evidence; Claude drafts scores that staff review and the Delegate decides on.
  • Programs, instrument and analysis versions Edit a program instance (new configuration version), publish instrument and analysis versions, trigger re-analysis.
