Eligibility stage

Answer every eligibility criterion for the program, declare your stage, and submit. Staff verify within five business days.

The eligibility page lists the program's own criteria (E1 to E6 for Power Transformer, H1 to H7 for the WA Hub). Each is a lookup (confirmed from the ABR), a declaration, a threshold (such as headcount) or an attachment.

  • Declared stage. Choose the Churchill & Lewis stage that best describes your company. Every module is scored against the band expected for this stage; your Commercialisation Manager can later confirm or challenge it.
  • Save and exit keeps a draft. Submit eligibility requires every criterion answered; a stage cannot be submitted with an incomplete page.
  • Threshold rules are auto-checked and the result goes to the Delegate for verification; nothing is auto-declined.
  • Clarification requested re-opens only the named pages; submit again when done.
  • Withdraw is available from the metro map at every station before a decision, with a reason.

After submission the application is read-only and the metro map shows "With Powering Australia".
