Merit stage and AI assessment

Respond to each weighted criterion with specific evidence; Claude drafts scores that staff review and the Delegate decides on.

Once eligible, the merit page shows the program's assessment criteria with their weights and what highly rated applications demonstrate. Managers can draft responses; the Company Administrator submits with a true-and-correct declaration.

What happens next. Claude scores each criterion 0 to 5 with a two-paragraph rationale citing your own text, using the published descriptors as the rubric. A Commercialisation Manager reviews every score and may amend it with a reason; the Program Delegate sees the draft, the amended score and the delta, and makes the decision. All AI output is advisory and the model and prompt version are recorded.

Outcomes. Accepted (cohort), accepted (open-access tier), waitlisted or declined, always with reasons. A declined applicant may request a review by the CEO within ten business days; the review is limited to process.
