Registering your company

Enter your ABN, confirm the details the ABR returns, declare your authority, and you become the Company Administrator.

1. ABN. Enter the 11-digit ABN. The Australian Business Register pre-fills the legal name, entity type, state and GST status. Cancelled ABNs and ineligible entity types (individuals, partnerships of individuals, trusts without a corporate trustee) cannot be registered.

2. Already registered? If the ABN already has a company in Growth Navigator you are shown the Company Administrator's name and can request an invitation. A second record for the same ABN is never created.

3. Confirm. Add a trading name, address (validated where the address service is configured), website, value-chain segment, headcount by state and your job title.

4. Declarations. The authority declaration (eligibility criterion E6) confirms you are a director or authorised officer. The collection notice explains what is collected and why, including AI processing.

The first registrant becomes the Company Administrator and can invite others from the Team page.
