What Growth Navigator is

A program to help you navigate between start-up, scale-up and beyond: apply, get assessed, then use twelve modules to see where your company stands for its growth stage.

Growth Navigator runs Powering Australia's Power Transformer program (and other programs the staff configure). Companies register, confirm eligibility, respond to the merit criteria and receive a decision. Accepted companies complete assessment modules; a deterministic engine scores every capability against the band expected for the company's growth stage, and the results appear as dashboard widgets, recommendations and Plans.

Two kinds of user. Companies sign in through the applicant realm (Company Administrator, Manager, User). Powering Australia staff sign in through the staff realm (Administrator, Program Delegate, Commercialisation Manager). The two realms never mix.

Where to start. Read the guidelines for the program you want, then choose "Check your eligibility" on the homepage to register. Everything else is behind sign-in.

  • The metro map on the homepage shows the shape of the process: Register, Company, Eligibility, Merit, Assessment, Decision, Agreement, Active.
  • Every page has a Help button (top right) that opens the topic for that page. Use the search box in the drawer or the full help centre at /help.
