Participation Agreement and activation

Cohort acceptance sends a DocuSign agreement; it becomes active only after the Powering Australia Administrator countersigns.

When the Delegate accepts you into a cohort, a Participation Agreement envelope is sent. Sign it from the application page (or in DocuSign). The Powering Australia Administrator countersigns as a separate control; only then does your participation become Active and the dashboard opens with every subscribed widget in its empty state.

  • An unsigned agreement lapses after 30 days; the Delegate can resend it.
  • Open-access tier acceptance uses click-through terms instead of an agreement.
  • Your Commercialisation Manager is assigned at acceptance and owns your company record from then on.
