Your dashboard

One grid of widgets, each a view of one module's scores or a synthesis of several, gated by subscription and by role.

Top strip. Company name, declared stage (and the engine-proposed stage if different), overall readiness band, next re-assessment date and module progress.

Progress is always present: a ring per subscribed module with its state and the person responsible. Every other widget is available only while all its prerequisite modules are subscribed, and populated only when they are complete; otherwise it shows an empty state with the module name, estimated time and a Start button. There is no placeholder data.

Interaction. Hover or focus any bar or point for the number, band and change since the last run. Click a widget title for its detail page, recommendations and evidence. The ? icon shows the framework, citation and what a fit score means for that widget. "Share snapshot" opens a print view for board packs.

Roles. The Company Administrator sees everything subscribed; Managers see all except Financial Health by default; Users see Progress, SWOT, Culture Compass and Team Personality Radar. The Administrator changes this on the Settings page; Financial Health can never be extended to Users.

Layout. Order widgets on the Settings page; the Administrator layout is saved per role.
