Each row is a pyramid level; the cell shows your fit now, the band expected at the target stage, the gap, and the recommendations addressing it.

• Needs: M01 Phase and Growth Readiness plus any 3 other modules subscribed to appear, and complete to populate.
• Default visibility: Company Administrator always; Managers yes; Users no (the Administrator can enable it).
• Hover any point or bar for the maturity, band, fit score and change since the last run. Click the title for findings, recommendations and evidence. Share snapshot opens the print view.
