Anchors and Engines widget

Two ranked lists either side of a centre line. Lewin force-field analysis, Kotter accelerators.

Anchors are capabilities out of band weighted by how much they hold back the next transition. Engines are capabilities in band and moving the right way since your last assessment.

• Needs: M01 Phase and Growth Readiness plus any 3 other modules subscribed to appear, and complete to populate.
• Default visibility: Company Administrator always; Managers yes; Users no (the Administrator can enable it).
• Hover any point or bar for the maturity, band, fit score and change since the last run. Click the title for findings, recommendations and evidence. Share snapshot opens the print view.
