Feedback: recommendations and actions

Released recommendations grouped by capability, with your status, owner, due date and notes, plus the actions from your Plans.

For each out-of-band capability with enough drag, the engine drafts a recommendation: finding, why it matters at your stage, three candidate actions, and a measure of success. It appears immediately labelled unreviewed, then your Commercialisation Manager confirms, supplements, edits or retracts it.

• Set the status (open, in progress, done), an owner and a due date; your Commercialisation Manager sees them.
• A re-assessment that brings the capability back into band closes the recommendation automatically with a note; a re-assessment that does not creates a new version.
• Plan actions and their status are listed beneath the recommendations.
